**Responsibilities**
- Use of software to record stock-in and stock-out
- Processing of delivery orders according to requirements and ensure goods are issued on 'first-in-first-out' basis.
- Processing of storing orders and arranging goods to be stored in the right place
- Conduct routine checks on stock items and report missing/damaged items.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and layout of stocks in the warehouse.
- Assist Driver Loading, unloading of goods
- Ensure all store areas and are clean, tidy and maintain.
- Ensure goods quantity correct before receive the goods from suppliers
- When item return from site, check all the machinery items and ensure it is in good condition before keep in store
- Office maintenance i.e. change of light bulbs, etc

**Requirements**:

- Having knowledge of air-conditioning materials, services and solutions is advantageous
- Possess of Class 3 Driving License is optional but advantageous
- Ability to carry up to 15kg items
- Competent in communicating effectively with purchasers and other departments on inventory matters
- Well-organised, matured, commited and independent
- Able to start to work immediately or within short notice
