**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Design Leadership & Vision**:

- Develop and maintain a cohesive design vision for all projects.
- Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that meet client needs and project objectives.
- Stay abreast of current design trends and industry best practices.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee all phases of the design process, from concept development to installation.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality control.

**Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of interior designers and support staff.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new design staff.

**Client Communication & Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present design concepts and proposals effectively.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.

**Technical & Administrative Tasks**:

- Develop and maintain furniture and finish standards.
- Review construction drawings and specifications.
- Manage budgets and procurement processes.
- Utilize design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software (E.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Experienced in budgeting and procurement skills.
