**Role Summary**:The COO will be a key pillar in our executive team, responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Execution**: Implement effective operational strategies that align with our long-term vision, particularly at the convergence of finance and AI.
- **Team Building**: Utilize expertise in recruiting and operations to assemble and nurture high-performing teams dedicated to innovation and excellence.
- **Talent Acquisition and Management**: Work closely with recruiters to identify and hire top talent, ensuring the team's composition aligns with the company's strategic goals and innovation in finance and AI.
- **Operational Oversight**: Ensure the company's operations are agile and efficient, leveraging technology and best practices to support growth.
- **Legal and Compliance**: Oversee legal aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and intellectual property laws, particularly in AI.
- **Marketing and Development Strategy**: Lead marketing efforts to bolster our position in the fintech and AI space, while overseeing product development to meet market needs.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Maintain and build relationships with investors, partners, and key clients, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in a senior operational role within the tech and finance sectors, with a strong preference for backgrounds in technology, legal and marketing.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of the financial industry's regulatory environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and drive continuous innovation.
