**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the core gameplay design, overall control of the game's functional gameplay, economic system, rulemaking etc
- Responsible for the quality control of the design documents of the whole planning team, and fully participate in the technical orientation, art style and operation plan
- Assist the producer in formulating the project development plan, and coordinate with art and technology to execute the project plan.
- Understand industry trends and competitor games, constantly update the project direction and game design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in game development planning.
- Complete experience in card game projects, familiar with the overall development process of this type of game.
- Able to guide the team or independently complete the system settings or numerical settings or level design and other related planning work for this type of game.
- Strong game analysis ability, deep understanding of the core principles of the game and player mentality, and reasonable product planning.
- Understand the market and target audiences for mobile social gaming
- Excellent command of Excel Data sheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure and produce results under sometimes tight schedules
