**Manager - Business Partner Manager (Business Accelerator) **to join their team.

**Tasks and Deliverables:
- Act as primary IT Infrastructure and Technology contact for associated business partners regarding all topics such as consulting, request management, and demand management
- Ensure provision of business-oriented IT end-to-end solutions in cooperation with the Twice-As-Fast (TAF) Partners, external vendors, and business departments
- Work with various architects internally to optimize the design to develop solutions
- Request portfolio updates from strategy, portfolio, and partner management team based on customer needs
- Plan, coordinate, implement, and document IT projects incl. transforming business objectives into IT deliverables
- Provide consulting to the business partner on tailored IT services and solutions and propose other possible uses or innovative solutions
- Ensure adequate escalation management as part of the end-to-end service responsibility (to be clarified with TAF Partner)
- Account for shop floor management (e.g. incident & change management for shop floor digital, CAB) and the MIM process
- Account for governance & administrative tasks (e.g. conduct performance risk management and audits)
- Align with strategy, vision, and roadmap for the products
- Visualize, analyze and render the data in a presentable way to the management
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Be accountable and take responsibility for outcomes
- Foster positive relationships share information, and able to promote healthy debate
- And any other reasonable assigned tasks
**Requirements**:
**Experiences**:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT consulting (preferably 3 years in the cloud platforms)
- Advanced knowledge of IT (technologies, architectures, hybrid/multi-cloud, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of business processes & business strategy
- Experience in developing IT strategies as well as business plans
- Experience in IT Service Management and knowledge of tools (RTC, JIRA, TFS, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps
- Ability to identify and implement alternative process management solutions
- Ability to connect policy, projects, and operations
- Knowledgeable in Elastic pricing methods
- Experience in different process management methods
- ITIL V3 Service Operation knowledge
- Stakeholder management experience
