**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries concerning quotes and operational matters.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment activations, including cross-trade shipments.
- Coordinate smoothly with customers for incoming, outgoing, and cross-trade shipments.
- Liaise with Overseas Agents for shipment activities.
- Good understanding of import and export procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring the non-recurrence of similar concerns.
- Perform accurate data entry for reporting purposes.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Minimum of GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or ITE certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and working attitude.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably possess basic experience in sea/air shipment procedures.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
