Associate, Corporate Actions Processing

StriveX is partnering with a prominent post trade infrastructure financial institution where they provide key services to financial institutions, including banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, and other market participants. They are looking to hire an Associate to join their Corporate Actions team, with key focus on the end to end processing of Voluntary Corporation Actions for the APAC markets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Execute daily processing of corporate actions.
- Participate in various projects and testing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle audit matters and ensure the completion of corrective action plans.
- Maintain and update internal procedures and user reference points.
- Conduct investigations and liaise with depositories to resolve issues.
- Address and resolve problems, ensuring accurate reconciliation activities.
- Provide support within Asset Services as needed.
Key requirements
- Degree Holder
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant role, preferably in securities services
- End to end experience in processing of Corporate Actions events
- Self-motivated and a strong team player.
- Willing to challenge the status quo and propose improvements.
- Confident in working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining good organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
