Job Description
- Monitoring and identifying corporate actions in global markets
- Coordinating with various stakeholders – foreign agents and custodians
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Managing and mitigating risks associated with corporate actions relating to equities, fixed income and structured products.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Communicating with clients, trading representatives and internal teams
- Resolving discrepancies and issues
- Implementing processes and procedures and engaging in projects
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and standards

Audit and control requirements
Job Requirements
- Min GCE 'A' level
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate actions processing
- Language skills with fluency in English & Chinese to liaise with our Chinese counterparts
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal skills in building strong relationships
- Problem-solving skill with good analytical thinking & conflict resolution
- Skilled in guiding and motivating the other team members
- Positive energy
- Honesty with integrity and transparency.
- Open minded with enthusiasm for work and willing to learn
- Good organization in effective time management.
