**Location:CBD**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the upkeep of the boutique at all times
- Ensure that consumers to the boutique is treated with the utmost respect and professionalism
- To lead the effort of the team to acquire new clients
- Responsible for the submission and creation of reports on a regular basis
- Coach, hire, train and inspire sales team
- Implement action plans to improve key performance indicators to maximize business

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of retail managerial experience, familiar with luxury watch/jewellery retailing
- Excellent Customer relations management skill with solid client base
- Strong business sense of retail service, passion in retail operations
- Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills
