The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Assist in the conceptualisation and execution of partnership mechanics across all Shopee locations and marketing channels
- Support the team with performance tracking, reporting and post-mortem analysis of partnership campaigns
- Conduct market research and identify new partners with untapped opportunities
- Create and update pitch decks for new partner leads
- Generate useful resources and best practices to be shared with local teams for adaptation
- Internal tracker and analysis of industry penetration; ongoing monitoring of the performance of partner programs

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing/ enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Communications or Marketing related technical field
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis
- People-person with strong communication and writing skills
- Good project management and organisation skills
- Fast-learner who is adaptable and eager to learn
