We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a **Partnerships Intern** to join our **Growth & Intelligence Marketing**team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery.

For this internship, we will require you to commit 3 to 5 working days per week for 6 months.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop a deep understanding of **Castlery's brand**, product range, target audience, and overall marketing guidelines.
- Manage **inbound partnership enquiries** and coordinate communication with potential partners, with support from your supervisor.
- Contribute to **content ideation** for ongoing partnership campaigns and seasonal sale activations.
- Support the **end-to-end partnership process**, including outreach, negotiation, and execution.

**What you'll need**:

- In-depth knowledge of **social media platforms**, particularly **Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube**, with a strong grasp of platform best practices and emerging audio/content trends.
- **Excellent command of English**, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in **project management**, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Prior experience in **content creation**, **collaborating with local influencers**, or **pitching partnership proposals to brands**is a plus.
