**Measurement Advanced Engineering (MAE) is seeking an experienced **Investment Liaison Manager**to support the company’s ongoing fundraising activities and investor relationship management, particularly with stakeholders in China. As we prepare to expand into new markets, this role will be critical in securing strategic investment partnerships and building long-term capital support for our scaling plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between MAE and current/prospective investors, particularly from China
- Manage communication and investor relations activities aligned with MAE’s corporate fundraising strategy
- Support due diligence, deal structuring, and investor onboarding processes
- Develop and maintain strong connections with Chinese capital networks, including institutional and private investors
- Coordinate investment documentation with internal legal and finance teams
- Organize investor roadshows, strategic briefings, and reporting sessions

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital fundraising
- Strong understanding of investment landscapes in China, particularly in Jiangsu Province
- Proven experience in managing cross-border investment activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- **Proficiency in Mandarin is required**to communicate with Chinese-speaking investors and partners
