Our client is a well-established brand in the Software Development industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven
**WFM Solution Sales Manager **to join their team in Singapore.
This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset, and achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.
The WFM Solution Sales Manager will be the primary driver for sales in an organization’s WFM functions. The individual will be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to own the sales process from initial contact through assisting in closing the sale. This individual will be able to assess and understand the business environment of a customer and what they are trying to achieve, position the WFM solution in a way that shows we can exceed the customer’s needs and differentiates the company's WFM product from the competition, assist in building a business case and messaging to help push the deal to closure.
**In order to be successful you must have experience in**:
- Collaborating with Account Executives and the Solutions Team to strategize and execute team sales.
- Independently engaging in prospecting and relationship-building activities to build pipelines and drive business with both new and existing clients.
- Delivering compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executive-level decision-makers, addressing objections, and aligning value propositions with their business strategy.
- Partnering with the WFM Solutions team with the LOBs in shaping the GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps, and industry artifacts.
- Domain expertise in Contact Centre functions either as an experienced Salesperson or as a senior leader in these organizations.
- Have 5-10 years of experience in the WFM domain - or selling these types of solutions.
Up to 25% of traveling will be involved.
