**What you will do**

As a member of our growing Sustainability Practice in ASEAN, your mission is to deliver projects to advise decision-makers in their Sustainability and Decarbonization strategies using science-based methodologies, ESG frameworks and metrics, alongside understanding of the business and stakeholder context.

**You will create impact in client engagements by**:

- Working in tandem with Managers to prepare technical and commercial proposals;
- Managing end to end projects or leading specific workstreams aiming at identifying, designing, and implementing effective solutions for clients in the sustainability space;
- Engaging clients across scoping, proposal preparation and project management;
- Solving key operational issues for clients independently, e.g. identifying client challenges, data collection for analysis to arrive to meaningful recommendations and solutions;
- Independently undertaking / leading the analysis, including quantitative and qualitative evaluation of results and preparing of reports and presentations to be used in client engagements and business development;
- Leading clients through meetings, interviews and workshops at various stages of the project lifecycle;
- Following up and implement the proposed solutions at clients' sites.

**Internally, you will be involved in**:

- Building effective working relationships regionally and participating in global technical communities such as the global sustainability practice to ensure a strong network of resources;
- Providing feedback and coaching colleagues to support their development within the organization;
- Supporting the development and / or enhancing existing IP in the relevant field of expertise, such as developing reusable assets and sharing thought leadership etc.

**Who are you**
- You have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of one or more of the following:

- ESG and sustainable finance;
- Conducting ESG due diligence including report delivery;
- Sustainability strategy and implementation;
- Strategy and implementation of energy transition and decarbonization projects;
- Climate change risks and opportunities; climate risk assessments, scenario analysis, and/or transition finance;
- You are proficient with various sustainability and ESG frameworks and tools, such as:

- GRI, SDGs, UN Global compact, CDP, TCFD as well as local sustainability reporting guidelines, corporate governance codes, etc.
- Developing materiality assessments including facilitating the stakeholder process;
- You have business and commercial acumen with previous experience in:

- Advising organizations with their ESG strategy and implementation roadmaps;
- Developing business / value cases and supporting the development and integration of sustainability models and solutions;
- You’re passionate about impact driven work and are excited by the opportunity to work with clients who are striving to integrate profit & purpose.
