Marketing - Media & Community Partnerships

**Responsibilities**:
1. Media & PR Support
- Assist in maintaining relationships with gaming and lifestyle media. - Support the preparation and distribution of press releases and media kits. - Help coordinate press coverage and track earned media mentions.
2. KOL & Influencer Outreach
- Identify potential KOLs and micro-influencers aligned with our brand.
- Support onboarding and coordination of influencer campaigns. - Track influencer deliverables and engagement metrics.
3. KOC & Content Creator Program Support
- Assist in recruiting and engaging Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) for our content creator initiatives.
- Help provide content assets, guidelines, and incentives to support KOCs.
4. Community Partnership Assistance
- Reach out to relevant social community leaders, admins, and group moderators to explore content collaboration opportunities.
- Support cross-posting and promotional activities with community partners.
5. Campaign Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to help execute integrated campaigns.
- Track campaign progress, budgets, and results.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports and insights.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, PR, influencer management, or community support (gaming or related industries preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or above; fluency in both Chinese and English for professional communication with colleagues in China.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for gaming and online communities is a plus.
