**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to allocate resources and set project milestones.
- Provide regular updates, address client inquiries, and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and oversee the performance of team members to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure that signage projects meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at key project milestones to verify compliance with client expectations and industry standards.
- Implement quality assurance processes and corrective actions to address any deviations from project requirements.
- Proactively address project issues, conflicts, and challenges to ensure timely resolution and project continuity. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the signage industry or related construction field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivey interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing signage projects from conception to completion, meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Knowledge of signage fabrication techniques, materials, installaton methods, and industry regulations.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the abilty to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
