Attend to customers’ queries and maintain a professional customer service experience.
- Administrative duties including point-of-sales processes.
- Good communication skills and pleasant disposition.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Work closely with a wide range of customers, including subcontractors, designers, and homeowners during the construction or implementation phase.
- Liaise and coordinate with the team, supplier, contractor, and business associate to ensure the smoothness of work.
- Well organization and good management of client's project and follow up closely with clients to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
- Maintain and manage the showroom to assist customers, both by appointment and walk-in while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately.
- Self-motivated and sales target driven & responsible.

**Requirements ：**
- Required language(s) : English, Mandarin
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in a Sales Position is required for this position.
- Relevant experience in Interior Design / Architectural / Fitting Hardware.
- Experience in the Interior Designer industry will be an added advantage.
- Responsibility and Good work attitude.
- Able to work independently.
- Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Able to close sales when leads are provided.
- Strong communication sales skills.

**Other Information**:

- Basic Salary + Attractive Commission (Based on Performance)
- Sales target incentives.
- The company will provide training for sales skills and products.
- Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (5.5 Days per week), 9 AM - 6 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
