**Job Scope and Responsibility**
- Gather, document and analyse user requirements.
- Estimate, plan and track all user requests and perform gap analysis.
- Analyse source data and provide inputs on the handling of data anomalies.
- Provide rules for standardization across source systems.
- Work closely with the various Business and IT stakeholders to deliver project.
- Participate in SIT test plan and support UAT.
- Highlight and report any potential risks.

**Work Experience**
- Bachelor Degree in IT or its related discipline.
- Relevant years of experience as a business analyst in building a Data Warehouse or Data Mart, ideally for a Bank or an Insurance company.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good attitude and self-driven, able to plan and execute projects/deliveries
- Ability to write test cases and perform high quality testing.
- Interacting with Chinese Stakeholders in China and Hongkong. Knowledge of Mandarin dialect is essential.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
