Programme Manager

1. Perform Secretariat Services for CIO Office and CIOO SPOC to Secretariats of NHG Cluster executive meetings.
- To schedule yearly work plans
- To poll and confirm agenda items tabled
- To prepare summary paper
- To plan, manage, facilitate and administer meeting materials (papers and slides) for approval via scheduled meetings and ad-hoc circulation.
- To prepare meeting minutes, follow-up on the Matters Arising from the previous committee meeting
- Facilitate and manage queries and responses between meeting members and project managers.
- To prepare summary papers and management reports
- To work with PMs / delivery teams to consolidate IT / Strategic project status reports for NHG ITC and Board forum
- Establish and maintain project approval templates, perform continuous improvement to improve existing governance and processes to improve operational efficiency
2. Setup / implement / enhance / define Project Management processes, procedure for program governance, tracking, monitoring and project status updating, especially allocated projects’ budget
3. Manage/Maintain projects’ related contract and manage 3rd party vendors involved in the projects driving cost efficiency
4. Work closely with internal stakeholders Business Users, Product Managers, solution architect to manage the prioritization of IT project/solution-ing to be aligned to Business Objectives and KPIs, to achieve project goals
6. Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
**Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders and at all levels. Able to clearly articulate and align IT and business benefits and values.
- A team player, highly motivated to builds relationships with cross-functional team members, stakeholders, and others in the organization who have impact in the projects
- Always looking for ways to improve, enhance the processes for efficiencies and quality of delivery
- Take ownership to manage risks and issues resolution for successful project implementation
- Has experience in vendor management, contract management, project costing/pricing
- Advantageous to have direct hands-on experience in program management or transformation initiatives.
- Possesses deep knowledge in Project Management best practices and demonstrate strong experience in managing complex and/or multiple projects.
