Senior/finance and Student Services Executive

Singapore SCHOOL OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, SINGAPORE Full time

Reporting to the Manager, the roles and responsibilities are:
Provide administrative support for Student Affairs matters such as
- Overseas Learning Enrichment trips
- Admissions
- External services, such as health screening and vaccinations, dental services, NRIC registration
- Student Withdrawals and transfers
- Student insurance
- CCA Instructor appointments

Administer Scholarship programmes and Financial Assistance Schemes

Manage School bookshop and uniform shop vendors

Attend to students who are sick or injured

Respond to the front desk and general phone line enquiries as backup for primary front desk staff

Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in general administration
- Those without a Diploma but has relevant work experience are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, independent, resourceful and able to work under mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
