Sales Executive

This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in air cargo logistics and a passion for building long-term client relationships. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base, maintaining strong connections with existing clients, and supporting our continued growth in the Singapore and Southeast Asia markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in air cargo logistics.
- Conduct market research to explore new potential clients and emerging trends.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using our cargo services.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and service follow-up.
**Sales Coordination & Support**:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up on quotations, tenders, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless cargo handling and service delivery.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client information using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and HQ).
