**The Responsibilities**:
This role will be the global manager and manage a matrix team to deliver IT services and projects that meet the business requirement for CargoWise One platform
- Lead the global matrix team to verify CW1's issue and services resolved within the services level agreement and collaborating with business stakeholder to develop a high-quality solution that satisfies business needs
- Accountability for GFS's design and deliverable on the (CW1) programme
- Oversee and manage the different phases of the project including analysis, design, development, configuration, customization, and testing for CW1-related projects
- Ensure team works with key stakeholders to understand users' requirements, translating them into technical specifications and test scripts required for system development and deployment
- Prioritize the change request or projects and provide visibility on the status/progress to key stakeholders
- Ability to assess the importance of risks and escalate early for mitigation planning
- Observe and abide by the QHSE regulations, responsibilities, and authorities outline in the QHSE Manual
- Promote use of advanced features and explore enhancements to improve work efficiency

**The Requirements**:

- Degree in information technology or relevant qualifications
- At least 3 years of CW1 implementation experience
- 10 years of relevant work and experience in team management
- Able to work in a global cross-functional team; goal-oriented, and good interpersonal skills
- Flexible work hours to support global roll-out
- Ability to manage a team to deliver the IT plan and strong stakeholders' management
