You will work closely with the Manager and Deputy Director in program logistics, mentorship alignment, and community building. You will ensure that all program activities, including workshops, seminars, and networking sessions are running smoothly and provide administrative and operational support to healthcare startups.

You will engage with startups, mentors, and stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and ensuring a seamless mentorship experience. Additionally, you will contribute to ecosystem and partnership development, supporting outreach efforts to healthcare institutions, providers, and research organisations. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor startup progress, and preparing reports on program success for internal and external stakeholders.

You will also support marketing efforts such as developing content for newsletters, social media, and industry promotions to highlight startup successes and program milestones. You will play a critical role in ensuring the Accentuate program operates efficiently while fostering a supportive and impactful healthcare innovation community.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge in the healthcare industry, including trends and regulatory landscape
- Knowledge of health technologies domain not limited to medical devices and biotechnology Experience in event planning or program management
- Knowledge of social media and marketing practices to help promote program activities
- Basic understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
- An analytical mindset to track and measure program and portfolio progress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage various stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support diverse stakeholders
- Able to travel occasionally for industry events and networking functions
