We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations while supporting the company's investment and strategic initiatives. This role combines core finance responsibilities such as budgeting and financial control with high-level involvement in evaluating and executing strategic investment opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organise, and manage the company’s budgeting, financial accounting, and internal control functions
- Monitor overall financial performance and resource utilisation, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budget proposals to senior management and stakeholders
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business planning, investments, and operational decisions
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities aligned with company objectives
- Lead end-to-end investment processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and execution
- Collaborate with internal departments (finance, legal, operations) to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth transaction execution
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, partners, and external stakeholders
- Conduct market and sector research to support both financial planning and investment activities
- Support the development and review of financial policies and risk management strategies
- Report to senior management and contribute to long-term financial and investment strategy

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial management, corporate finance, or investment-related roles
- Sound knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and presentation skills
- **Proficiency in both Chinese and English**, with strong verbal and written communication skills, is required as the role involves regular interaction with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
