BPI caters to investment, trading and risk management needs of institutional clients covering hedge funds, proprietary trading groups, specialist market makers, single and multi-family offices, and commercial hedgers. BPI provides a wide array of multi-assets access to global markets including voice brokerage to high frequency & low latency electronic access.

BPI is building its digital payment token business catering to ultra-high net worth investors, corporate and institutional clients.

We are seeking a self-driven compliance professional to join our team. As a key member of BPI, you will leverage your expertise in compliance to ensure that BPI complies with the relevant regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain compliance processes and policies in line with MAS Payment Service Act; knowledge of travel rule, and screening of wallet and transaction is a must.
- Responsible for fulfilling AML/CFT and KYC requirements, including on-boarding of clients and on-going review
- Manage transaction monitoring and suspicious transaction reporting.
- Act as liaison person for MAS.
- Monitor changes to regulatory requirements and work with impacted departments to incorporate such changes.
- Provide periodic compliance training for staff and senior management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of compliance experience in licensed capital markets financial institutions or a Payment Service Act licensee.
- Familiar with the MAS Payment Service Act, Regulations and Notices.
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT and travel rule requirements in Singapore.
- Good team player with ability to set-up processes from scratch.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
