**What the role is**
- You manage and monitor the cyclical maintenance programme for naval bases and step up the maintenance activities once the Defect Liability Period (DLP) for construction works has ended.

**What you will be working on**
- You manage the maintenance issues and upgrading works in both Changi Naval Base and Tuas Naval Base so as to ensure that the infrastructure do not affect the readiness level of both bases. You also carry out trend analysis in relation to the system and equipment maintainability and readiness, in order to track system efficiencies and effectiveness of complex mechanical and electrical systems. In addition, you are responsible for the expenditures of the construction works.

**What we are looking for**
- You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Civil Engineering or Estate Management. You should preferably have experience working in facilities management. You should also possess good writing and presentation skills as well as strong problem solving, planning, execution and communication skills. You must able to work under stress and independently to meet tight timelines. Appointment will commensurate with experience.
