We arelooking for a talented **Logistics Systems Analyst** to join our team providing administrative support in our Cummins Global Logistics function. Location will be **Pandan Ave, Singapore** and it will be **Onsite role**.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- **Coordinate document management and data input**: Ensure seamless organization and input of crucial documents and data related to logistics operations, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
- ** Provide comprehensive administrative support**: Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed reports to aid in decision-making processes. Address a variety of inquiries, ranging from routine to complex, and ensure timely and accurate responses.
- ** Ensure accurate compilation and entry of information**: Verify data integrity and precisely enter information into various systems, including databases and spreadsheets. This ensures reliable records and supports efficient logistics operations.
- ** Execute data collection, entry, and report generation**: Gather data from various sources, perform thorough analysis, and generate reports to track and optimize departmental activities. This involves meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in data management tools.
- ** Perform diverse administrative tasks**: Assist in correspondence preparation, receive and address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth functioning of logistics operations through proactive administrative support.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
- Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- ** Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in data science is highly preferred and includes**:

- SQL query language execution on NoSQL and SQL sources
- Warehouse Management Systems (Preferred: Red Prairie, Blue Yonda)
- Exposure to IoT technology
- Data profiling tools, technologies and coding
- Business intelligence tools and technologies
