- **Supply Chain Optimization**:Plan and implement projects to optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management, transportation modes, and warehousing procedures.
- **Database Management**:Maintain and update databases with logistics information, including shipment tracking, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
- **Cost Reduction**:Identify opportunities for cost reduction in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- **KPI Tracking and Reporting**:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations and report on performance.
- **Collaboration**:Work with various departments and external stakeholders, including transportation providers and suppliers.
- **Technology Integration**:Collaborate with IT professionals to implement and integrate new logistics systems and technologies.
- **Policy and Procedure Development**:Develop, evaluate, and revise logistics policies, procedures, and plans.
- **Problem Solving**:Address routine and unexpected disruptions in the supply chain to maintain efficient operations.
