- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems, with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Collaborate on blockchain-based projects, including integrating smart contracts into backend infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and integrity of distributed systems.
- Identify and implement optimizations for backend performance and scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and infrastructure engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Stay curious and keep up with advancements in blockchain and related technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Go
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or experience in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity or similar technologies).
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, or others.
- Contributions to open-source projects or evidence of continuous learning in new technical domains.
- Understanding of cryptography and security best practices.
