**Responsibilities**:

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java and _Kotlin_.
- Implement and integrate Kafka for building real-time data pipelines.
- Utilize Redis for caching and improving system performance.
- Work with MySQL to design and optimize database schemas and queries.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to understand and leverage technologies like Hive, Flink, and Spark for data processing and analytics.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues in the backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies relevant to backend engineering and mobile development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 2years or more experience working in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java and _Kotlin_ programming languages.
- Experience with Kafka for building real-time data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Redis for caching and improving system performance.
- Solid understanding of MySQL and experience with designing and optimizing database schemas and queries.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and technologies like Hive, Flink, and Spark.
- Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with other backend technologies and frameworks.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.
