At 7+ Academy, we’re proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. To help us continue expanding our offerings, we’re in search of a Partnership Director to join our growing team in Singapore. Sales will need to be in your DNA. This role will take charge of key partnership action plans while identifying new business and revenue generating opportunities in our key markets in China.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing a commercial strategy for development of distribution channels for our products and services in China.
- Creating a prospect list of distribution partners in China to drive new business.
- Liaising with Chinese partners to develop and build strong relationships to achieve sales results.
- Contacting and meeting with new potential partners to grow brand awareness.
- Negotiating with other cross-industry partners to develop new revenue streams.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
- Minimum 10 years sales partnership experience in China.
- At least 5 years experience in China education industry.
- Extensive contacts to tap on for quick wins and immediate success.
- Experience in developing new opportunities, closing sales, and exceeding the target-driven environment, focusing on B2B customers.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales goals.
- Highly motivated, good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
- Experience in working in a multilingual and Chinese environment.
