1. Develop and Implement an Online Marketing Framework: Create and execute a comprehensive online marketing framework that includes strategies for branding, e-commerce setup, and effective communication and engagement strategies to enhance EKS Synergy's online presence.

2. Optimize E-Commerce Platform: Take ownership of the e-commerce setup and maintenance, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently, and continually explore opportunities to enhance the user experience and drive sales.

3. Master Canvas Technical Skills: Develop proficiency in Canvas, a technical skillset that will enable you to create engaging and interactive web content to support EKS Synergy's digital initiatives.

4. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge and skills to keep pace with the dynamic digital landscape, staying informed about the latest SEO trends, web development technologies, and digital marketing strategies.

5. Collaborate with the Director: Work closely with the director to align marketing and development efforts with the company's strategic goals, and provide regular updates on progress and opportunities for improvement.

6. Empower and Educate: Share your industry knowledge and technical expertise with team members, contributing to a culture of learning and growth within EKS Synergy and ultimately empowering individuals to thrive in the digital era.

The technical skills and competencies are as follows:
1. Web Development and E-Commerce: Acquiring web development languages, frameworks, and e-commerce platforms to create and manage effective online solutions

2. SEO and Data Analysis: acquiring SEO techniques, including keyword optimization and data analysis, to drive website performance improvements

4. Digital Marketing and Communication: Acquiring expertise in executing online marketing campaigns and effective communication strategies across digital channels
