Kamakura Warabimochi is an established Japanese dessert brand known for our signature soft, chewy warabimochi and premium teas. Originating from Japan, we bring an authentic taste of Japanese hospitality (“omotenashi”) to Singapore through quality ingredients and heartfelt service.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our retail team as we continue to grow across the island.

**Position**:Retail Crew (Full-Time / Part-Time)
**Working Hours**:Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide warm and attentive customer service to every guest
- Prepare and serve warabimochi and beverages according to brand standards
- Handle POS transactions and daily cash settlement
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
- Assist in stock replenishment and simple store operations
- Uphold the Kamakura Warabimochi brand experience at all times

**Requirements**:

- Prior F&B or retail experience preferred but NOT required. (training will be provided)
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Team player with good communication skills
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred
