In Singapore, we currently operate 3 stores (JEM, Tiong Bahru Plaza, and Bedok Mall) , and we will be expanding to 10 stores by Nov/ Dec To support this exciting growth, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Working Locations:

  1. Pasir Ris Mall

  2. Causeway Point

  3. Parkway Parade

  4. Raffles City

  5. Jurong Point

Able to start work in November/ December, or willing to be deployed to other KKV stores first for training for immediate starters

  • 6 days work week for store crews; 44 hours per week

  • Able to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays, across three shifts:

Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)

Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (1-hour break)

Closing Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (1-hour break)

Store Crews (Full Time/ Part Time)

As a Store Crew member, you will play a key role in delivering great customer experiences and supporting daily store operations. This is a hands-on role suited for friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy retail and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and provide excellent service.

  • Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.

  • Ensure shelves are tidy, stocked, and products are fresh.

  • Manage samples packs, report product issues, and support stock replenishment.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, store maintenance and visual merchandising standards.

  • Stay alert to prevent loss and report any suspicious activity.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 'N' Levels / ITE or equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent customer service skills and good communication with interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft).
