Provides expertise, client consultation, management and technical support on corporate real estate matters. Contributes to and / or facilitates portfolio management, space / location master planning, client needs development, real estate solutions development, solution implementation and alliance partner (broker, architect, construction management, lease auditor) management. Provides support and analysis for existing portfolio properties as well as new investment and development / re-development opportunities.
- Gains familiarity with Real Estate concepts, practices and methodologies.
- With guidance, provides standard real estate advice and services within an assigned location.
- Assists local building management, Real Estate team members and other relevant stakeholders with identification, evaluation and monitoring of current and proposed real estate transactions.
- Researches and maintains a database of economic and property-specific market data / metrics.
- Assists with property income and expense projections.
- Prepares documents, negotiation packages and other materials in support of transaction evaluation, development and close.
- Prepares preliminary financial packages for investment / committee consideration.
- Learns and applies industry and the company's Real Estate policies and standards.
- Assists with Real Estate projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Real Estate.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of working with data, driving analytics and reporting.
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and delivery to timelines.
- Experience of providing advice and guidance on Real Estate projects.
- Conceptual knowledge of financial reporting, real estate transactions and investments.
- Demonstrated relationship building skills.
- Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
