**Job Description**:
The Business Analyst will work closely with our various departments to analyze and optimize business procedures, implement new methods, and support the organization's growth. This role is responsible for understanding and identifying business needs, evaluating the impact of changes, analyzing and communicating requirements, and ensuring that operational efficiency is achieved through these improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand and document current procedures and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize these processes.
- Requirement Gathering and Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Create detailed business analysis documents, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department to facilitate clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Project Management: Assist in the management and planning of projects, including organizing tasks, setting project timelines, and monitoring progress. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently and successfully.
- Change Management: Oversee change management processes related to business procedures or systems. Provide training and support to employees during the implementation of these changes.
- Data Analysis: Use data analysis tools and methods to analyze business operations and market trends. Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with business operations and changes. Develop strategies to minimize or manage these risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies in business analysis and project management. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
