**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirement Gathering**: Collaborate with client stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and IT teams, to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for transaction monitoring upgrades and enhancements.

**Solution Design**: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Actimize or other transaction monitoring systems, including configurations, rule logic, and scenario development.

**System Configuration and Testing**:Oversee configuration changes and ensure thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that system enhancements align with client expectations.

**Compliance Alignment**:Work closely with client compliance teams to ensure system configurations align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Project Execution**: Provide project management support, including tracking milestones, identifying risks, and collaborating on resolutions to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

**Documentation and Knowledge Transfer**: Develop comprehensive documentation for all system updates and processes, supporting both compliance audits and smooth knowledge transfer to client teams.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on transaction monitoring or compliance systems.
- Strong background in Actimize or similar platforms, preferably in financial or regulatory contexts.
- Proficiency in transaction monitoring system functions, including alert and case management.
- Familiarity with SQL for basic data analysis, along with experience in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships and convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to meeting project goals.
