What’s the role?

We are looking for a biddable executive to work within our newly formed APAC Biddable team in Singapore. We are in the early stages of our journey into APAC and this role is for a proactive, self-driven individual who is a willing and fast learner. This person will undergo a training program that will equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to work with clients; delivering their paid search, paid social & paid display advertising.

Biddable executives are tasked with setting up world class campaigns for our diverse range of clients. From building bespoke campaigns, to analysing their performance and communicating their success to your clients, this role is the perfect blend of data and client-facing.

- Salary: $3,500 / month

- Reporting to: Group Biddable Director APAC & then Biddable Manager APAC when in-role
- Location: Singapore, current office is the WeWork at 22 Cross Street

A breakdown of what an Biddable Executive at Brainlabs does:
Training (first 6-10 weeks):

- The role will kick off with a ten-week training program in the Brainlabs Academy (our tried and tested world-class training scheme).
- This will give you the perfect introduction to the industry and get you up to speed with our best practices.
- You’ll learn through lectures, practicals & getting thrown into the deep end with real client work.
Account Management:

- Setting up game changing campaigns from scratch for our diverse range of clients
- Analysing and optimising the performance of these campaigns by getting stuck into the data and approaching challenges with a scientific and mathematical mindset.
- Navigating and becoming an expert on paid search advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft, AMS & Baidu)
- Navigating and becoming an expert on social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat)
- Developing strategies for multi-channel campaigns and interacting with the full marketing funnel across digital.
- Learning to use our world class tech stack to augment campaign performance and becoming confident talking to clients about it
Client Communication:

- Learning how to communicate effectively with our clients to show off the fantastic work and results we are producing.
- At Brainlabs, as well as carrying out and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies, we also own the client relationship.
