Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of REACH Senior Service, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Perform administration duties, compilation, and submission of reports, as well as financial oversight for 4 Eldercare Centres
- Provide general office administrative duties such as petty cash as well as maintain clear records of vendor payment;
- Manage centre management and facilities maintenance
- Manage a database of clients and volunteers, efficient filing system of client records
- Timely submission of management and statistics reports
- Programme Development and Management Support
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Having a diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Data Analysis or Actuary Science is greatly preferred but not necessary.
- Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience
- Conversant in English and any 2nd language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Has a strong passion in outreach and community work with seniors
