**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Inside Sales/Telesales**
- Conduct outbound call (existing leads and cold calling) to promote products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Conduct upselling of current products to existing customers.
- Responsible for attaining outbound call target.
- Conduct marketing surveys.
- Maintenance and updating of contact details of both existing and potential customers.
- Schedule appointments for sales personnel to meet potential customers.
- Adhoc duties as per assigned.
**Requirement**
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing is preferred.
- Customer service orientated.
- Ability to handle cold calling.
- Proficiency in MS office, good communication skills.
**Location: Alexandra (Near to Labrador MRT)**

**Salary: Depending on experiences.**
