Guy Carpenter is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office: Broking SupportWe will rely on you to: Manage placement in accordance with appropriate timelines for clients.Prepare technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of Treaty Business.Prepare treaty slip/wordings and cover notes, ensuring contract certainty.Prepare endorsements and addendums.Maintain treaty placement correspondence files electronically.Ensure documentation and electronic filing are as per Professional Standards.Prepare of quotation Sheet and placement Sheet during renewals.Prepare Treaty Term Summary Sheet.Manage risk load of contracts to Guy Carpenter’s backend system.Other incidental duties related to the negotiation and placement of Treaty reinsurance contracts.What you need to have: Preferably with 3 to 4 years of experience in providing administrative support to clients, specifically in the preparation of documents within the insurance and/or reinsurance sectors.Recent graduates and candidates with at least 1 year of experience in insurance/reinsurance are encouraged to apply.Prior experience in treaty insurance and reinsurance is preferred.Strong administrative skills and experience.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Resilience and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Competent in Microsoft Office.Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have an impact on colleagues, clients, and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
