**Position Overview**:
TikTok is seeking a finance business partner that will support our global monetization business. The new hire will be in charge of performing management reporting and rolling forecast, providing financial advice to the business team and improving business efficiency, among other responsibilities. This will be a high visibility role as you will support multiple international initiatives and senior leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business team and strategy team, provide insightful and quality financial advice to support the business
- Prepare managerial financial report and budget tracking, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis
- Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks
- Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of FP&A, corporate finance or related analytical experience. High growth tech start-up experience, public accounting firm, or advertising experience preferred

- Experience in supporting APAC regional teams preferred
- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis
- Exceptional data analytic skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Professional proficiency in English and Japanese (Korean would be a plus) as the position is going to mainly cover market of Japan and Korea.
- CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications preferred
