IT Executive

**Requirements**
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
- Good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Windows Server and server virtualisation OR be Microsoft certified

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
- Provide end-user support and training for hardware and software.
- Install, configure and provide technical support to workstations, software, communication services, network printing.
- Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
- Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup and disaster recovery sites.
- Management of software maintenance/updates (window, etc.), virus protection and end point protection.
- Administer, support, configure and troubleshoot **MS Office 365 and Azure Servers for end users**:

- Analyses corporate database, identifies data integrity issues, proposes and implements solutions.
- Any other IT related duties that is required from time to time.
