**Overview**

You will be a part of HPB’s Innovation Office to drive the design and implementation of Precision Public Health (PPH) projects, the creation of a nationwide platform to collect and contribute real-time and personalised biometric and wellness data through smart devices such as wearables, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. You will also work closely with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to position and coordinate HPB’s programmes as part of MOH’s major national strategy Healthier SG.
**What You Can Expect**
As a critical member of the PPH Strategy and Planning team, you will work with stakeholders within HPB and across WOG to implement the PPH strategy. Primary duties include seeking opportunities to embed the PPH principles, learnings, and prototypes into existing programmes and potential collaborations. You will also staff project management work on PPH strategy, such as tracking and managing projects, tracking and reporting progress of PPH strategy implementation and key indicators at various platforms, and optimising the overall resources.
In the dual role as MOH Liaison, you will synthesise information across HPB divisions into holistic and coherent papers, reports, and presentation materials to senior management in HPB, MOH, and other public agencies. The aim is to present a coherent narrative aligned to MOH’s and HPB’s strategy, showcase salient achievements and build thought leadership. Primary duties include helping HPB divisions to liaise with and engage MOH and other public agencies on collaborations, and facilitating HPB divisions to promptly attend to ministry requests and issues. In addition, you will perform secretarial functions at decision-making forums, committees, working groups, and meetings that involve HPB’s and MOH’s senior management.
