**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Define the Function’s direction & plans aligned with Biosyngen business and operational strategy.
- Establish operating links across Lab Ops, Admin Ops, Quality and/or Supply Chain.
- Maintain operational procedures to ensure compliance to current regulatory, cGMP and safety requirements.
- Initiate and lead key projects in Supply Chain and/or Operations.
- Develop material management strategies and systems with supply base. Establish network of Suppliers and oversee partnerships to ensure supply chain efficiency. Oversight on logistics and warehouse-related activities (inbound/outbound operation, housekeeping and storage).
- Coordinate across departments to manage demand forecast (e.g. clinical team, Operation team, business development team). Establish Inventory management standards to optimize functional costs.
- Ensure country Import/Export requirements are meeting regulatory compliance (e.g., License per Import, Reporting requirements, etc.).

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Applicant must be familiar with supply management and vendor management of Capital Equipment, Services and Consumables.
- Working understanding of Operations, QC, QA, Process Development, Supply Chain and related functions.
- Experience in starting-up (eg. individual) and building up to a defined team.
- Involvement in setting up New Site and/or Project Management will be an added advantage.

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in a relevant Science field or Equivalent with significant years of relevant industrial experience.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Continuous Improvement.
