We are looking for dedicated and passionate **Kitchen counter serving crew **individuals to join our Operation and Culinary Team You'll be part of a dynamic team that works together to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers

**Responsibilities:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they approach the counter.
- Assist customers in understanding the menu, answering questions about dishes, and making recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customers' preferences and special requests are noted.

**2. Food Preparation and Assembly**:

- Prepare and assemble food orders according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that each order is visually appealing and meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

**3. Cleanliness and Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean and organized serving counter and dining area.
- Regularly clean and sanitize serving utensils, trays, and food display cases.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the safety of both customers and staff.

**4. Restocking and Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of food items and supplies at the serving counter.
- Notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.

**5. Customer Feedback**:

- Listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Report customer comments and suggestions to management for continuous improvement.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff, fellow serving crew members, and other canteen employees to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Communicate effectively to coordinate food orders and maintain a cohesive team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service skills, including a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure orders are prepared and presented correctly.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
