**Responsibilities.**
- Prepare key project documentation in executing the complete instrument & control engineering scope of work as per the project requirements in meeting customer’s expectations.
- Prepare project requirement specification, layout drawings, piping instrumentation diagram (P&ID) and other engineering data using engineering common network, software and tools.
- Coordinate with other engineering team members (i.e. yard engineering, basic design and etc.), subcontractors and consultants on technical issues and design solutions in meeting project deliverables.
- Participate in project meeting, attends to basic technical queries and issues related to instrument & control design and reviews the deliverables (i.e. BOM, Logic Diagram etc.)
- Follow up and reviews Vendor Certified Documents (VCD)
- Perform technical studies in cooperation with construction team members and subcontractors to develop interfaces for systems, sub-systems in instrument & control design for new-built structures.
- Work with Procurement and project team to source for instrument & control subcontractors and vendors in complying with the project technical requirement specifications in meeting project deliverables.
- Prepare instrument material specifications (i.e. instrument datasheets, P&ID diagram and layout drawings) for the procurement purposes.
- Generate detailed calculations, analysis and solutions for mechanical design to deliver safe, secure and fully functional facilities based on the customer’s safety and reliability standards with supervision.
- Support installation inspection and loop test.
- Providing solutions for technical problems while construction.

**Requirements.**
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
- 10 years experience.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office products and design software’s (i.e.AutoCAD, Naviswork, Intergraph Smart Plant P&ID, Smart Plant Instrument and etc.)
- Some knowledge and experience in the interpretation of instrument datasheets, cable and tray layout drawings, hook-up drawings, logic diagrams, cause & effect diagrams and its elements to deliver class approved documents and drawings.
