Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the club's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, members preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Manage the marketing budget.

2. Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance the club's brand identity across all channels.
- Develop compelling content for the club’s website, social media, newsletters, and other communication platforms.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.

3. Member Engagement
- Design and execute member engagement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience.
- Plan and promote events, programs, and activities to increase member participation.

4. Digital Marketing
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, using data to refine strategies and tactics.

5. Public Relations and Community Outreach:

- Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and community organizations.
- Create and distribute press releases and other media materials to promote club events and news.
- Represent the club at community events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and branding.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the General Manager, department heads, and staff to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall club operations.
- Provide guidance and support to staff involved in marketing and communications activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Five years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences and promoting a sense of community
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
