Marketing and Communications Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager.
- Provide editorial and creative artwork for all Club publicity channels such as magazines, e-newsletters, social media and websites.
- Create content and maintain activity on key social media platforms.
- Monitor and response to social media comments and feedback.
- Assist in marketing projects, media activities and compile statistics and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments in the dissemination of information to members via various channels and media
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives
- Manage communications initiatives and media inquiries/correspondences
- Create and maintain a comprehensive communications calendar for the club
- Assist in any other duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications / PR / Marketing / Journalism or relevant experience.
- Possess strong written and communication skills, with a flair for digital design and a passion for social media.
- Possess Digital marketing experience.
- Possess good organisational and planning skills to deal with tight deadlines.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, mature and meticulous.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
