**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting cash flow analysis to support the optimisation of the company’s liquidity
- Support in liaising with banks, financial institutions, investors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders
- Assist the Group CFO in monitoring and evaluating the group’s portfolio of subsidiaries
- Analyse capital budgeting proposals and participate in preliminary investment discussions
- Support the evaluation of M&A and fund raising opportunities, and assist in due diligence processes
- Assist in the implementation of internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash, and credit management
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the corporate finance landscape
- Work on special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by the Group CFO

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial audit, investment banking, or a related field
- CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and investment analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights
- Experience in negotiating financing agreements and managing relationships with financial institutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modelling software)
